At D' PRECIOUS JADE JEWELRY CORP. we take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and carefully inspecting every order before shipment you will receive a photo and video of item before we ship. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Brand New Items – Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must record a clear unboxing video on the same day the package is received. The video must:

  • Begin before the package is opened
  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label
  • Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly display the item received and its condition

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not qualify for return, exchange, damage, or missing item claims.

Important Jewelry Care & Durability Notice

Many of our jewelry pieces are lightweight and delicate by design. The durability and strength of gold jewelry depend on the gram weight and design of the piece. Thinner and lighter items require proper care and gentle handling.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper handling
  • Pulling, bending, twisting, or stretching
  • Daily wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper storage or cleaning

Customers are encouraged to handle all jewelry with care to maintain its condition and longevity.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Eligible returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Request must be made the day of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Unboxing video proof is required
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by our store.

Final Sale Items

All second-hand / pre-owned items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds
  • Store credit

This policy applies regardless of condition after purchase.
